TAPESTRY takes a holistic approach and looks at how teams and organizations function as a system. We do this by looking at teams and organizations from three perspectives, or lenses: strategic, political, and cultural. Each lens examines an organization in a different way; looking at how individuals behave within the organization, what processes, policies and procedures are in place, how are decisions made and what are the conditions that allow certain behaviors to continute, for example.

At the heart of this strategy is an approach that is grounded in research in learning theory, behavior change, organizational design and change management as well as lived experience.
