My name is Jennifer Lord (she/her/hers)

I have over 20+ years of experience working with diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging programs, initiatives and trainings for non-profit, for profit, public sector, and educational institutions.

My goal is to help improve people’s cultural intelligence in order to help businesses and organizations become places of belonging for everyone who passes through their doors.
